The metal wound gasket (with outer ring) is composed of a basic type and an outer ring made of 304304L, 316316L, etc. The outer ring is used to strengthen pressure.

The metal spiral wound gasket (basic type) is made by using standard high-quality SUS304, SUS316 ("V" or "W" shaped) metal strips and other alloy materials to overlap and spiral wound with flexible materials such as graphite, asbestos, polytetrafluoroethylene, and asbestos free. The metal strips are fixed by spot welding at the beginning and end.
Performance: High temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, with good compression and rebound rates.
Applications: pipes, valves, pumps, manholes, pressure vessels, etc. at flange connections in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, etc
The sealing part of the heat exchange equipment is an ideal static sealing material.
Stainless steel strip shape: "V", "W", "SUS", "U".
Stainless steel strip materials: A3, 304304L, 316316L, Alloy 825, Monel 400, Inconel 625, S32750, etc
Non metallic tape (filler): special asbestos, asbestos free, flexible graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.
Applicable temperature: -196 ℃ -+870 ℃ (flexible graphite)
≤+250 ℃ (polytetrafluoroethylene)
≤+500 ℃ (special asbestos)
Medium: Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure steam, oil, oil and gas, solvents, thermal coal oil, etc.
Operating pressure: ≤ 300Mpa
Maximum machining size: 2800 mm; Special specifications or various non-standard products can be produced according to your requirements.
