The metal spiral wound gasket (with inner ring type) is composed of a basic type and an inner ring made of 304304L, 316316L, etc. The inner ring is used to strengthen pressure and prevent loosening of the winding.

The metal spiral wound gasket (basic type) is made by using standard high-quality SUS304, SUS316 ("V" or "W" shaped) metal strips and other alloy materials to overlap and spiral wound with flexible materials such as graphite, asbestos, polytetrafluoroethylene, and asbestos free. The metal strips are fixed by spot welding at the beginning and end.
Performance: High temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, with good compression and rebound rates.
Applications: pipes, valves, pumps, manholes, pressure vessels, etc. at flange connections in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, etc
The sealing part of the heat exchange equipment is an ideal static sealing material.

≤+500 ℃ (special asbestos)
Medium: Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure steam, oil, oil and gas, solvents, thermal coal oil, etc.
