The container type mechanical seal has been assembled into a collection, which is more convenient, fast, and reliable to install on the body. It is welcomed by domestic and foreign users and is the future development direction of mechanical seals in China.

The mechanical seal of containers can adapt to high temperature, high pressure, and high wear conditions by setting flushing, introducing cooling water, and adding balance tanks. The performance is greatly improved when matched with the size of the same type of bulk mechanical seal.

Container sealing also has the following characteristics:

(1) There is no need to measure the working length of the seal during installation;

(2) The shaft can be adjusted at any time;

(3) There will be no leakage during startup, as the sealing has been pre tested;

(4) During installation, only the bolts need to be tightly covered, ensuring easy assembly quality;

(5) Before installation or startup, protect the sealing surface from contamination by debris or damage caused by misoperation;

(6) Mechanical equipment can be readjusted after thermal expansion;

(7) Cooperation can achieve self concentration;

(8) It is easy to remove seals for cleaning and inspection without disassembling the pump equipment. In the API682 standard, it is recommended to use container type mechanical seals for all mechanical seals.
