This enterprise is Ningbo Tiansheng Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. At that time, it developed a C-type sealing ring that could rival GARLOCK Company in the United States, and successfully won the Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant project.
It is reported that the overall level of the C-shaped sealing ring is similar, and the American giant wants to sell it for $3 million, while the natural sealing element only costs $300000, with a price difference of over 10 times.
After the emergence of domestically produced C-shaped sealing rings for Ningbo Tiansheng Seals, the monopoly of American C-shaped sealing ring products has been completely broken. In recent years, more and more projects have sought cooperation with this Chinese enterprise, leading to its rapid development.
Moreover, at the 11th China (Shanghai) International Fluid Machinery Exhibition in March 2023, Ningbo Tiansheng Seals was hailed as the "leader in the localization of China's static sealing industry", with a modern production base and a professional technical team.
Since its products were gradually used in various fields in 2015, there have been no problems in the fields of nuclear power plants, military industry, aerospace, etc.
From this, it can be seen that Ningbo Tiansheng Seals has taken on the heavy responsibility of breaking through the blockade imposed by American enterprises and has successfully brought important research and development achievements to China.
However, in addition to this, China has already surpassed the level of the United States in various fields such as hand tearing steel, super steel, shield tunneling machines, LiDAR, and photovoltaics. The semiconductor industry, which has always been a bottleneck for the Biden government, is currently in a continuous breakthrough stage.
Not long ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China also established the "National Integrated Circuit Standardization Technical Committee", bringing in over 90 related enterprises. Currently, it has joined 57 Chinese enterprises, including outstanding domestic enterprises such as Huawei, HiSilicon, and Changjiang Storage.
Based on the presence of the "Integrated Circuit Standards Committee", China's development and breakthroughs in the semiconductor field will be twice the result with half the effort. Especially Harbin Institute of Technology has developed two important components: an ultra-high precision vacuum dual workpiece stage and an ultra-high precision laser interferometer for vacuum use. The former has reached the standard of accuracy, while the latter has passed the preliminary test in the laboratory.
This means that it is very likely that in the near future, China will break the monopoly of the LCC EUV alliance, independently develop EUV lithography equipment, and step into advanced process chips with its own strength. At that time, Huawei's shortage of chips will be easily solved!
