The processing technology of rubber cloth sealing components is mainly characterized by the manufacturing of rubber cloth products, including the dipping, coating or wiping of rubber cloth, cutting of rubber cloth, and the manufacturing of semi-finished products of rubber cloth.
Due to the wide range of cloth sealing products involved, only molded rubber seals like buds are used here.
There are still significant differences in the process flow for cloth capsules, tape, and precision film products.
The preparation of adhesive paste for cloth sealing components is using cylindrical equipment abroad. After adding solvent to the mixed rubber, it is stirred in this equipment to form a viscous semi fluid adhesive paste.
Rubbing adhesive
It is carried out on specialized equipment, which mainly includes high-precision rollers, scraper plates, adhesive drying devices, plastic film clamping devices, and coiling devices.
The tension of the fiber cord fabric is maintained constant by a speed regulating traction device.
By adjusting the gap between the roller and the scraper to control the adhesive thickness (usually 0.3-0.4mm), the distance between the roller and the scraper is calibrated with a plug gauge before the adhesive is applied.
During the adhesive wiping process, use a thickness gauge to check the thickness of the adhesive tape at any time.
The stirred adhesive paste is pumped onto the fiber cord fabric before the scraping plate above the roller, and the adhesive paste is rubbed onto the fabric through the continuous movement of the fiber cord fabric. Dry and roll after applying glue on one side.
Before preforming, the rubber cord fabric roll is first cut into the required width roll using a sharp toothless saw according to different product requirements, and then cut into a certain length of cord fabric strips according to weight requirements on a multi-station cord fabric cutting machine. The cut fabric strips are placed in a metal plate for use.
Roll the cut cord strip into a cylindrical shape using a specialized small device.
