Recently, Gaoqiao Petrochemical's independently developed ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic) reactor mixer dedicated sealing device was put into use, achieving localization replacement.

The dedicated sealing device is a key component of the ABS device reaction mixer. Due to its unique structure and complex manufacturing process, there is no such product in China. Due to the high procurement cost and long supply cycle of imported equipment, Gaoqiao Petrochemical explored self-developed equipment in April this year.

The company collaborates with well-known domestic machinery manufacturers to establish a research team to carry out technical research on key parameters and indicators of imported products, conduct in-depth analysis of technical details, and carefully formulate processing plans. During the equipment installation process, they closely cooperate and efficiently complete on-site inspection and trial assembly of components. The device personnel actively follow up on the debugging progress of the special sealing device, adjust parameters such as temperature, pressure, and torque in a timely manner, and ensure that all indicators meet the operating conditions. As of now, the equipment has been operating stably and its parameters are better than the inspection results of imported equipment in 2005.
