Due to design errors, material selection errors, sealing quality issues, and improper use of rubber seals, these four issues often lead to improper material storage and problems. Therefore, the storage requirements are as follows:

The ideal storage temperature for rubber seals is 5-25 and should not exceed 25. Stay away from heat sources and the sun. Seals removed from low-temperature storage should be stored at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before use.

If necessary, clean the sealing ring with soap and water. Do not use disinfectants, organic solvents, or sharp knives. Cleaning completed

Rubber seals should be dried at room temperature and not close to heat sources. The environment for storing sealant should be kept clean.

3. The relative humidity of the rubber sealed warehouse should be less than 70%. Avoid being too wet or too dry to avoid condensation.

4. The rubber sealing ring should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be kept away from light, especially strong light and ultraviolet rays. Sunscreen packaging can provide the best protection effect. It is recommended to apply red or orange paint or film on the warehouse windows.

5. Irradiation: Avoid damaging the seal by ionizing radiation.

6. Irregular shape: Rubber seals should be placed freely and loosely to avoid deformation due to tension and pressure, such as unsuitable suspension and stacking.

7. Packaging: Rubber seals must not come into contact with solvents, grease, magnetic materials, etc. Damaged rubber. PVC materials cannot be used for sealing packaging. Seals of different materials cannot be mixed.

8. Storage period: The storage period of rubber products depends on the type of rubber material.
