Recently, the Ningguo Rubber and Plastic Sealing Industry Patent Navigation Achievement Conference was held, hosted by the Ningguo Municipal Government and undertaken by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. Di Yong, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Office of Anhui Province, and Yang Xing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Ningguo Municipal Committee and Minister of United Front Work, among other leaders, attended the press conference.
Di Yong emphasized the need to re-examine patent development from a strategic perspective and effectively transform technology into patent achievements. Strengthen the importance of digital patents and intellectual property rights, and help enterprises achieve technological innovation, transformation, and upgrading. Accurately grasp global patent information big data resources, deepen the construction of patent databases for key industries of rubber and plastic seals, achieve the exchange of multi-party patent data and talent information, and provide a basis for scientific planning, policy formulation, and management decision-making of the rubber and plastic seal industry.
Yang Xing stated in his speech that this event provides a communication platform for exchanging research results and deepening cooperation, providing new ideas and experiences for intellectual property construction in Ningguo City, and making new contributions to economic transformation and development.
At the press conference, the person in charge of the Science and Technology Bureau of Ningguo City introduced the implementation of the patent navigation project for the rubber and plastic sealing parts industry in the city. This press conference starts with the project background, positioning analysis, and implementation results of the Ningguo Rubber and Plastic Sealing Industry Patent Navigation Project, and elaborates on the positive role of the project results in promoting patent analysis and industrial operation decision-making. It will further optimize the industrial structure, drive the technological upgrading and conversion of old and new kinetic energy throughout the entire industrial chain. Next, the project team will conduct in-depth discussions, organize the analysis results of the navigation project, assist in supporting the optimization and transformation of the industrial structure of the park, guide enterprises to strengthen technological innovation, improve quality and efficiency.
More than 130 people, including the heads of relevant departments of the Anhui Provincial Intellectual Property Office, leaders in charge of the Science and Technology Bureaus of various counties and cities in Xuancheng City, and representatives of relevant units and enterprises directly under the city of Ningguo, attended the press conference.
