  • A rubber sealing ring is a circular cover composed of one or several parts, fixed on one ring or washer of a bearing and in contact with another ring or washer or forming a narrow labyrinth gap to prevent lubricating oil leakage and foreign object invasion.

    Used for installation on various mechanical equipment, serving as a seal under specified temperature and pressure, as well as in different liquids and gases, in static or moving states.

    Material Analysis of Rubber Sealing Ring

    1. Fluorine rubber: It has high temperature resistance and can be used in environments between -30 ℃ and+250 ℃. It is resistant to strong oxidants, oil, and acid and alkali. Usually used in high-temperature, high vacuum, and high-pressure environments, suitable for oily environments. Due to its various excellent properties, fluororubber is widely used in sectors such as petroleum, chemical, aviation, and aerospace.

    2. Silicone rubber: It has outstanding high and low temperature resistance, maintains good elasticity in the temperature range of -70 ℃ -+260 ℃, and has advantages such as ozone resistance and weather aging resistance. It is suitable as a sealing gasket in thermal machinery. Due to no toxicity, it can be used to produce insulation, insulation products, and medical rubber products.

    3. Nitrile rubber: It has excellent oil resistance and aromatic solvent resistance, but is not resistant to media such as ketones, esters, and chlorination. Therefore, nitrile rubber is mainly used for oil resistant sealing products.

    4. Neoprene rubber: It has good oil resistance, solvent resistance, chemical media and other properties, but is not resistant to aromatic oils. Its characteristic is excellent weather and ozone aging resistance. In production, chloroprene rubber is usually used to make door and window sealing strips and membranes, as well as general vacuum sealing products;

    5. EPDM: It has good temperature resistance, weather resistance, and ozone aging performance, and is usually most widely used in door and window sealing strips and the automotive industry.

    6. Polytetrafluoroethylene composite gasket is a new type of sealing material composed of polytetrafluoroethylene and high-quality complete rubber using a special production process. It combines the excellent characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene and rubber, making the product not only excellent corrosion resistance, but also high-temperature resistance, non-toxic, adhesive resistance, and good elasticity and sealing.
